MaDora Stone’s Cancellation Policy
MaDora Stone is committed to promptly providing quality document processing and exceptional customer services to all our clients. Your well-being and document needs are critical to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, resulting in schedule adjustments. We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
Any cancellation or reschedule made in less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The fee will equal 20% of the reserved services or $50, whichever is more. If you are more than 24 hours late for your scheduled meeting, we may be unable to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another convenient time.
Please contact us at least two days before your appointment to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Call us at (800) 782-1084 or complete and submit the attached cancellation form by 5:00 p.m. the day before your appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. Please call our office or complete the attached cancellation form by 5:00 p.m. Friday to cancel a Monday appointment.
