Our Virtual Tax Preparation Service is a fully remote process. We provide a confidential, secure, easy, and convenient step-by-step model. Clients can work with our tax preparation team online, by phone, or by email.

The privacy and security of your information are critical to us, so we provide you with a secure link to send and receive your tax documents and other confidential information. You can also request your documents be picked up and delivered to MaDora Stone and your completed copies returned, to you, using our courier services (Courier fees applied).

First, please make an appointment for a virtual meeting or phone call, then ask for access to a secure portal that you can use to send and receive documents online or schedule your documents to be picked up and delivered to MaDora Stone.

Business Tax Forms & Descriptions

Form 940

Form 940 reports the annual Federal Unemployment Tax Act (FUTA) tax. 940 determines the amount contributed to FUTA

Form 941/Schedule B

Form 941/Schedule B reports how much federal income tax and payroll taxes were withheld from employee paychecks (only required for businesses with employees.)

Form 1099

Form 1099 is sent to independent contractors; reports how much Independent contractors were paid.

Form W2

Form W2 is sent to each employee; reports the annual wages and the amount of taxes withheld.

Schedule K-1 for Form 1120S
